Record Graduate Employment Figures

DreamsLMS University has recorded its strongest graduate employment figures to date, with 94% of graduates in work or further study within six months of finishing — comfortably above the national average.

The result reflects a deliberate strategy of building employability into the degree itself, rather than treating it as something students sort out after they leave. Placements, live briefs and employer projects run through every year of study.

Why the figures keep climbing

Several long-term investments are behind the improvement:

  • Placement years and live client briefs across most programmes
  • A careers service students can use from their very first term
  • Over 200 employer partners recruiting directly on campus
  • Three years of graduate coaching after students leave

We measure ourselves by what our graduates can do on their first day of work, not by what they could recall in an exam. These figures are what that looks like.

The university will publish the full breakdown by faculty in its annual report, alongside data on graduate salaries and the proportion of students in highly skilled roles.
